Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Trinidad and Tobago, we pair a Caribbean sensibility with a global outlook. Our ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification is testimony of our relentless commitment to providing ‘best in class’ consultancy services – from architecture, engineering, quantity surveying, project management and other construction services, to facility management (FM) consultancy and property development.

Our clients are as diverse as our skills and include regional governments and public sector bodies; international organisations like the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank and the European Union; high commissions and energy-based multinationals; financial, scientific research and educational institutions; conglomerates and other construction-based companies.
Our team has extensive experience in the region from Belize in the north to Suriname in the south. Additionally, with our strategic partners FEA and thanks to our bilingual capability (English-Spanish), we have provided facilities management services in various parts of Latin America including Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador and Nicaragua
